The Breakfast Club {delivery} delivers breakfast to your home, that’s what Nikki Stoughton owner of The Breakfast Club {delivery} set out to do in March, 2015. Her vision was to create freshly prepared, gourmet breakfasts and deliver them directly to your table (eliminating cooking, cleaning, waiting in line, and cold carry-out breakfasts). However, she ran into challenges powering the necessary equipment to ensure each breakfast was served fresh and hot, right to a customer’s dining table.
Nikki asked herself; how do I get enough power to my oven to warm it up and keep it hot? Enter Columbus Car Audio. After a recommendation from a close friend, Nikki made a call to one of our Sales Reps Justin to begin working on installation of an appropriate power system. There was a catch, how does she power the oven while she’s driving? We helped to eliminate a generator as a solution, because the fumes don’t have any way to vent out of the Nissan 2500HD she had purchased. We worked on designing a way to power the oven that was sustainable and scalable, despite additional hurdles with vendors as well as logistical delays, eventually delivering what was promised.
