Subwoofer enclosures provide a place to mount the subwoofer and to prevent sound waves from the back of the driver from interfering with those from the front, significantly altering the level and quality of sound at low frequencies. If you have a flimsy, or even the wrong type, of enclosure, then it’s going to make a lot of unnecessary noise, fall apart, or both. Your enclosure should be able to handle the vibrations with ease and should add little sound interference to the sound emanating from the drivers.

Subwoofer Enclosure Options:

• Pre-Loaded Enclosures – Comes loaded with a subwoofer that the box is built to house, and offers a quick and easy bass solution when upgrading your factory sound system, available sealed, ported, and in various sizes.
• Pre-Fabricated Enclosures – Generic empty boxes made to fit different brands and sizes of subwoofers. These typically perform well with any subwoofer and are available sealed, ported, and in various sizes.

• Vehicle Specific – Built specifically to conceal and fit subwoofers in designated locations in specific vehicles.
