100% Product Satisfaction – If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll make it right. We’re dedicated to making sure you get the best products at the best prices. Your satisfaction is our main goal!
Nationwide Coverage – Our guarantee is supported by the M.E.S.A referral network throughout the United States. If you’re not in Columbus and an issue arrises, we’ll help find a nearby place that can assist you.
No Cost Repairs – If your product needs repaired, you’ll incur no additional costs for parts or labor. Also covers the removal/reinstallation of your product.
Free Shipping – You won’t pay any shipping costs if we need to send your covered item back to manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Free Replacement – If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it! if an item has been serviced twice by us and still doesn’t perform to specifications, we’ll simply replace it.
No Fee, 30 Day Upgrade – We give you 30 days to decide if you like your product or if you’d rather have a newer or upgraded version. If you do decide to upgrade, our restocking fees are waived (return original in like new condition with all packaging and paperwork).
Free Head Unit Reinstallation – Getting a new car but still want to keep your new head unit? We will remove your covered head unit and reinstall the original radio back into the vehicle for you, for free. (Covers the reinstall of the radio that was in your vehicle at the time of initial installation).
Remote Replacement – Remote Start or Alarm remote stop working? No matter the reason (excluding extreme physical damage), if we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it.
Speaker & Subwoofer Replacement (2x or 3x) – Standard warranties only cover manufacturer defects on speakers and subwoofers. This guarantee covers most all forms of internal damage including wear and tear. Plan available for up to 2 or 3 replacements.
